Commercial property investment is never an easy avenue to embark in as compared to residential investment. Residential activities happen daily as people move in and out of homes every other day, making residential business prospects higher. Thus, it is not something new when we read of such recession stories of the office space demand crisis. Perhaps commercial property investors should start investing in storage units business which indirectly involves the residential business and stand to gain from a wider revenue channel.
